Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end digitisation, automation and transformation projects
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, governance, risks, quality, and stakeholder communication
  • Ensure successful delivery across multiple concurrent engagements
  • Design and implement solutions involving process automation and workflow technologies, low-code / no-code platforms, process optimisation and digitisation initiatives, especially for finance, procurement and operations
  • Support presales activities including workshops, solution design, effort estimation and proposal development
  • Identify opportunities within existing client accounts and support business growth initiatives
  • Manage relationships with clients, partners and internal stakeholders
  • lead and mentor consulting teams
  • Be a trusted advisor on digitisation, automation and process transformation, and contribute to capability development and best practice adoption

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline
  • 7–12 years’ experience in technology consulting, process automation, digital transformation or enterprise modernisation
  • Strong experience in one or more of the following: Intelligent / RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
  • Workflow and Low-Code / No-Code Platforms (OutSystems, ServiceNow, Power Apps)
  • Process Mining and Process Automation
  • Digitisation of Finance, Procurement and Operational Processes
  • Experience supporting proposals, solutioning, and client presentations
  • delivering projects in the region
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead project teams
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of governance, security and controls within technology environments
  • Arabic and English fluency
  • Industry experience in Government & Public Sector, Banking & FS, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Telecom is a plus
