Job Description:

You will work at the intersection of tax law, digital transformation and enterprise processes. In this role, you contribute to the digital development of our tax & customs function and help create efficient, compliant and future-ready structures. Together with IT, operational business units and support functions, you turn tax requirements into practical digital solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate, manage and support the strategic development and implementation of digital tools in the tax & customs function, including AI and internal robotics solutions
  • Identify opportunities for digitalization, standardization and automation within tax & customs processes, including SAP S/4HANA and e‑invoicing
  • Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders and strengthen cooperation with IT, business functions and support units
  • Monitor developments in tax and customs digitalization, emerging technologies and new fiscal requirements
  • Develop and deliver internal trainings
  • Translate tax and customs needs into system-oriented improvements

Requirements:

  • University degree in business process management, digital transformation, data science with taxation focus, accounting or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in inhouse tax, digital transformation or an international consulting environment
  • Strong knowledge of tax & customs processes
  • Experience in business process modelling is an advantage
  • Experience in IT project management and an interest in evolving tax and customs requirements
  • Analytical mindset with an independent, structured and reliable working style
  • High affinity for digitalization and automation within complex organizations
  • Proficient user of ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft solutions including MS Office and the Power Platform
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex tax and IT topics to non‑experts
