Job Responsibility
Architect and maintain high-performing SQL databases, canvas/model-driven Power Apps, and complex Power Automate workflows integrated across SharePoint, Power BI, and third-party systems.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, analyze, and re-engineer inefficient legacy business processes into modern digital workflows.
Act as the technical lead and mentor for an offshore engineering team, ensuring high code quality, sprint alignment, and successful delivery.
Oversee database security, performance tuning, and the continuous monitoring or troubleshooting of existing automated pipelines to eliminate operational downtime.
Foster user adoption by creating clear technical documentation and conducting targeted training sessions for onshore end-users.
Requirements
Proven Leadership: A tracking record of leading full-lifecycle digitalisation and automation projects, with direct experience acting as a team lead for offshore development resources.
Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in SQL and database management systems (such as Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL), alongside extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and SharePoint development.
Data Integration Skills: Practical knowledge of Python for ETL processes and familiarity with Power BI reporting are highly advantageous.
Mandatory Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred), backed by a proven portfolio demonstrating the development of both canvas and model-driven applications.
