Job Description:

As a Digital Workplace Technology Expert you will be responsible for delivering the best-in-class IT Support to our office in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will be the first level of support for problems related to end-user devices (laptops, peripherals, desk phones, mobile phones, etc.), office IT infrastructure (LAN, wireless, printers, etc.) and meeting rooms setup. You will play an important role in the daily upkeep of Coca-Cola Hellenic networks by finding solutions to problems as they occur.

Job Responsibility:

  • Install, configure and troubleshoot IT computer products and equipment assigned to our employees: operating system, hardware, software, connectivity, printing, remote access, etc
  • Implement software upgrades, including firmware revisions, operating systems, production software upgrades and other enhancements as required
  • Manage the IT equipment and perform preventive maintenance of working stations - computers, mobile devices, tablets, mobile phones, etc.
  • Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new solutions, software, application, agile teams etc
  • Provide a positive and friendly user experience with each interaction

Requirements:

  • Very good technical skills - Windows OS, Office 365, Cloud, Networking, Hardware
  • Education in IT-oriented fields is treated as an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage
  • Good command of English
