Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Digital Workplace Performance Manager (f/m) to join our IT department based in Marignane, France. Digital Workplace makes a significant and positive impact on the way Airbus employees work, collaborate and share information as well as providing a foundational step for the digital transformation of Airbus Helicopters. This is achieved through the deployment and support of new tools and technologies enabling better cross country collaboration with new digital tools and a new restricted environment. The Digital Workplace team is ensuring that all our employees have the right solutions to work from anywhere at any time and connecting together employees from any division.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing the User Satisfaction of all Digital Workplace Products
  • Animating discussions and improvement initiative definition with a panel of end users
  • Monitor Digital Workplace strategic KPIs
  • Liaise with Airbus Commercial, Defense & Space to harmonize and standardize Digital Workplace Strategy and vision
  • Manage major contracts with the Airbus Group representative, Procurement team and manage delivery quality of our suppliers
  • Manage Digital Workplace Operative Plan and Project Budgets
  • Propose continuous improvement on performance based on data and events analysis
  • Support Product Managers to monitor their performance

Requirements:

  • Worked in a large enterprise environment
  • Data Analyst knowledge is key
  • You will manage partners & subcontractors
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow is a main advantage
  • Leadership and pedagogical skills are welcomed
  • Good Knowledge of incident and change management based on ITIL principles
