Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Specialist to lead and support the evolution of our client's digital web experience. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, web analytics, and content management systems—especially within regulated industries such as financial services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and compliance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements for website enhancements
  • Manage and triage content and functional requests, ensuring alignment with brand, legal, and accessibility standards
  • Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming, user story creation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across multiple regions and instances
  • Analyze behavioral data using platforms like Google Analytics to provide actionable insights for improving user engagement and conversions
  • Partner with UX designers, developers, and QA analysts to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
  • Assist with SEO strategies, site tagging, and campaign tracking in partnership with digital marketing teams
  • Conduct content audits, analytics reviews, and post-launch retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with digital marketing platform owners (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, social) to ensure effective website integrations

Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of experience in digital product management, web analysis, or digital marketing
  • Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., financial services) is strongly preferred
  • Hands-on expertise with Content Management Systems such as dotCMS, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, or Sitecore
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or HubSpot
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (dotCMS, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore)
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or HubSpot)
  • Google Analytics (GA4) experience for behavioral data analysis and performance tracking

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with financial product structures (mutual funds, ETFs, institutional mandates)
  • Experience working with component-based design systems or digital libraries
  • Knowledge of compliance workflows and legal review processes for web content
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, including backlog management, QA coordination, and stakeholder demo facilitation
  • Strong grasp of digital accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
