Job Description

Digital Web Analyst – Join Us and Shape the Future of Our Digital Experience in our Gibraltar Offices. Reporting to the Head of Online Finance, you’ll play a central role in supporting digital operations and product teams across all brands. You’ll become the heartbeat of our digital insight, analysing end‑to‑end user journeys, identifying opportunities, and enabling data driven decision making at every level. Your work will directly influence how we optimise performance, strengthen engagement, shape campaigns, and develop our digital products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Web Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google360 Suite and GMP
  • Experience with BI tools and SQL

  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical capability
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment

Nice to have

  • Experience with A/B testing tools
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or similar task management platforms
