The Digital Transformation Development Specialist will analyze legacy processes and End User Computing solutions, as well as available data sources, to come up with technology solutions to automate processes and decrease manual tasks. This is a developer role, the person will work with multiple tools to develop automated workflows that replace earlier manual (mostly excel based) reporting solutions. This role will liaise with several departments outside of Technology, many of them located overseas, thereby gaining exposure to a broad range of international stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Work with stakeholders in Regulatory Reporting function of Finance to develop and deploy digital solutions that automate the creation of financial reports
Design, develop and deploy automation solutions using low-code technologies and scripts (for example KNIME, Python)
Actively use available AI tools throughout the automation process
Apply and advocate development best practices
Implement production changes based on business requirements
Provide workflow execution support
Collaborate with business and technology partners
Stay open to learning new technologies
Requirements:
2–3 years of relevant experience
Experience with data analytics or automation tools
Fluency in English
Strong documentation skills
Independent working capability
Team-player mindset
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Nice to have:
Basic AI tooling exposure
Experience in regulated environments
Familiarity with financial reporting
Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Jira, Confluence
