We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Transformation Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems analysis and software programming in Python, with a passion for driving digital transformation in a regulated environment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal clients to deliver exceptional results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and enhance workflow-based automation solutions using Python
  • Implement production changes based on detailed business requirements
  • Apply and advocate for coding best practices, driving continuous improvements
  • Build a solid understanding of deployment lifecycle, infrastructure concepts, and CI/CD processes
  • Provide support to resolve workflow execution issues requiring development expertise
  • Collaborate closely with business and technology partners to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions
  • Stay open to learning and adopting new technologies specific to the Regulatory Reporting space

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software programming
  • Solid development background in Python
  • Understanding Linux concepts and shell scripting
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes
  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills
  • Ability to work independently while following specifications and maintaining documentation discipline
  • Team-player mindset with flexibility to support teammates or take on non-development tasks when needed
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Hands-on experience with KNIME or other workflow-automation / low-code platforms
  • Experience working in a regulated or controlled environment
  • Familiarity with Financial Reporting processes
