We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Transformation Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems analysis and software programming in Python, with a passion for driving digital transformation in a regulated environment. Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software programming
  • Solid development background in Python
  • Understanding Linux concepts and shell scripting
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes
  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills
  • Ability to work independently while following specifications and maintaining documentation discipline
  • Team-player mindset with flexibility to support teammates or take on non-development tasks when needed
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with KNIME or other workflow-automation / low-code platforms
  • Experience working in a regulated or controlled environment
  • Familiarity with Financial Reporting processes
