Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end software integration projects, ensuring seamless alignment with our digital transformation goals
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver robust solutions
  • Build and maintain critical relationships with the business, vendors, and customers
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the software integration process
  • Implement and oversee data migration and synchronization processes between various software systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing Digital projects
  • Strong project management experience in the aerospace or defence industry, with a focus on complex, large-scale environments
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Project management qualification (Agile, APM, PMP, PRINCE 2 etc)
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
