Requirements:
Proven experience leading digital/system change from implementation → BAU
Strong track record of driving user adoption and benefits realisation
Experience managing and developing teams focused on improvement
Ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and build buy-in
Solid understanding of system governance, testing, and release processes
Strong grasp of data quality, reporting, and governance
Nice to have:
Experience with AI, automation, or emerging tech
Experience in housing, public sector, or regulated environments
Background in data/BI improvement or supplier management
