Requirements

  • Business level Japanese language skill (N2 or above), fluency in English
  • Proven leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills to influence in a highly complex business environment
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of leadership experience in roles of increasing scope and responsibility, directly interacting with business executives and customers
  • Minimum of 5-7 years directing or performing implementation of customer-facing digital innovation and/or transformation with knowledge in Marketing & Sales subjects
  • Translating strategy to tangible business value and measurable outcomes
  • Experience of global leadership roles in large multi-national corporation(s) with Strong communication skills, analytical, structural and strategic skills
  • Superior understanding of change management, with an ability to analyze and drive change across a wide range of stakeholders and in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent inter-cultural understanding and experience
  • Proven track record of working with external vendors
  • Strong financial acumen, with ability to propose business recommendations for investments and decisions
