Job Description:

Digital transformation Consultant role focusing on helping Utilities clients with energy transition and digital acceleration. The consultant will play a key role in executing the company's strategy to become the preferred digital business partner for Utilities clients by 2026.

Job Responsibility:

Execute strategy to become preferred digital business partner for Utilities clients by 2026
Help clients lead the energy transition in volatile market
Understand context, way of working, and challenges of Utilities customers
Help clients in their optimization process
Manage large, complex IT projects
Enable businesses to enhance operational performance and gain competitive edge

Requirements:

Min 7 years of successful experience as an advisory consultant and project manager within the Utilities context (Electricity, Gas, or Water)
Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written
French is a plus
Knowledge and experience in advising, designing, and implementing improvement initiatives related to the optimization of core business processes for Utilities
Business framing of digital topics such as Data Solutions, IoT, Hyper Automation, and SAP solutions
Aligning IT direction with business objectives
Initiating new ideas and challenging the status quo
Commercial flair and a strong professional network

Nice to have:

French language skills
Strong professional network in Utilities sector
