5-8 years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst capacity
Proven experience contributing to the delivery of solutions requiring a detailed understanding of business requirements
Basic understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle in a regulated financial reporting environment
Hands-on KNIME development experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis
Solid documentation and presentation skills
Experience and desire to collaborate with internal clients within Financial Reporting
Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a controlled environment while contributing to client value
Ability to work independently
Team player with demonstrated experience in delivering results collaboratively

Job Responsibility

Contribute to the business analysis aspects of projects, collaborating with Technology and Finance functions
Develop comprehensive documentation following Business Analysis best practices
Conduct thorough analyses to define problems and contribute to the development of innovative solutions
Maintain current knowledge of the technology stack and business priorities within the financial and regulatory reporting scope of the EMEA Solution Center
Proactively communicate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery
Analyze system and process interdependencies, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements
Create process models to coordinate functions such as development, quality assurance, release management, and support
