This position is to integrate our client team (directly employed by the client), a leading firm in the Chemical sector. This is a unique opportunity to drive a major AI transformation at a strategic level, shaping the future of the organization and creating tangible business impact. You will work with senior leaders, cutting-edge technologies, and a highly motivated team to deliver AI-driven innovation.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead projects and workstreams in AI adoption initiative in the area of AI strategy, AI Governance, AI upskilling and Data readiness
  • Support executive workshops to define AI strategies, use cases, and roadmaps
  • Develop and implement change management frameworks to support new ways of working and ensure a smooth transition to AI-enabled processes
  • Design and deliver training programs - from general AI literacy to deep-dive expert sessions for specific departments and / or on custom-built AI tools
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning to ensure sustainable transformation
  • Lead and amplify AI and GenAI initiatives through strategic internal and external communications - covering client-facing communications, social media, and broader external channels - using compelling storytelling, engaging content, and strong representation in relevant forums to position the company as a leader in responsible AI

Requirements

  • MSc in Change Management, Communication, Digital Transformation
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in change management, adoption, internal communication, or digital transformation, ideally within an international organization
  • Strong grasp of GenAI/ML fundamentals and experience with enterprise adoption
  • Strong soft skills combining empathy, influence, strategic thinking, adaptability, collaboration, and the ability to blend analytical insight with creativity and emotional intelligence
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Experience with e-learning and training content development tools or Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • proficiency in French
