Job Responsibility

  • Full accountability for driving digital sales through the commercial strategic planning, initiative building and operationalisation of our digital fascias
  • Accountable for managing the day to day trading and execution of multiple websites
  • Shape and oversee reporting of daily/weekly/monthly/annual trade, providing detailed analysis of key business drivers and producing action plans to ensure sales and contribution targets are met
  • Oversee and guide team analysis of seasonal sales patterns to maintain commercial awareness, understanding of key competitors and customer behaviour
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across digital and broader business teams to plan fascia digital trading calendar
  • Lead the delivery and reporting of all on-site promotions and content activity
  • Define and manage forward-looking / longer-term trading strategy considering design and functionality improvements, contributing to product development and UX roadmaps
  • Work with digital marketing team to ensure product & trading strategies are supported by the digital marketing strategy for all channels
  • Work with optimisation team to ensure customer journey and all campaigns and promotions are supported to drive successful KPI’s
  • Work with brand marketing team to ensure assets are commercial and use tooling to report back on asset performance
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate development and execution of evergreen and seasonal content requirements to drive SEO, customer engagement and conversion
  • Accountable for process of improving product content, supporting teams to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimise sales
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and extensive people management skills
  • Set clear objectives, goals and development plans
  • Build an effective and motivated team, to work as more than a collection of individuals
  • Be an active and positive contributor to the team, contributing to the overall digital strategy

Requirements

  • Valid working rights for the UK
  • Fluency in either French, Dutch, German, Spanish, Danish (both written and verbal)
  • Analytical with strong reporting skills, advanced Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel user
  • Experience working within e-commerce platforms
  • Experience driving both day-to-day improvements and larger strategic projects that contribute to sales growth
  • Experience in team management and development
  • Independent, self-motivated, and proactive
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar digital role in a retail or consumer brand
