Within a team dedicated to commercial performance, you will contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of digital tools designed for the Group’s customers and/or employees, in an international environment.
Job Responsibility:
Contribute to the definition of business needs in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Support the drafting of user stories and the prioritization of requests
Work closely with IT teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business requirements
Provide functional support for the customer portal (change requests, user access management, bug resolution)
Support business teams in adopting and using digital tools effectively
Respond to internal requests and, occasionally, to customer inquiries via the portal
Participate in international deployment projects of the customer portal
Gradually build expertise in managing structured projects, with the support of your tutor
Requirements:
Currently preparing a Master’s degree (BAC +5) in Project Management, Information Systems or a related field, or hold a Bachelor’s degree (BAC +3) in IT and wish to move towards project management
Looking for a work-study (apprenticeship) contract
Strong interest in digital tools, IT projects and complex environments
Keen to grow in an international B2B context
Fluency in English is essential to work in a multicultural environment and interact with international teams and customers
Adaptable & curious: comfortable working with multiple tools and stakeholders
Strong communicator: can interact effectively with both technical and business teams
Organised & composed: able to manage priorities and handle pressure professionally
