Job Description:

We’re looking for a detail‑driven Digital Test Analyst to join our growing SEO & Marketing team, a function at the heart of our online performance and commercial success. You’ll be key in ensuring that our websites, SEO‑driven journeys, and content delivery systems meet the highest standards for accuracy, speed, accessibility and technical compliance. You’ll directly influence organic visibility, user experience, conversion rates, and the overall reliability of our digital ecosystem.

Job Responsibility:

  • Test digital products and SEO-led user journeys to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop structured test plans and clear acceptance criteria for web, mobile, and content‑driven features
  • Validate SEO‑critical technical configurations, including metadata, structured data, indexation controls, sitemaps, canonicalisation and redirects
  • Review analytics and tagging accuracy across platforms such as GA4, GTM and Looker Studio
  • Identify system, content and data defects that impact search visibility, user experience or digital performance
  • Collaborate with SEO, Product, Development and Content teams to ensure quality throughout delivery
  • Monitor trends, issues and performance signals that could affect rankings, conversions or digital operations
  • Test optimised landing pages, tagging frameworks and digital customer journeys across platforms
  • Support continuous optimisation by championing best‑practice digital QA across the web estate
  • Ensure defects and opportunities are surfaced, understood and resolved quickly to protect digital performance

Requirements:

  • ISTQB Foundation in Software Testing (preferred)
  • Experience as a Test Analyst / QA within a digital or SEO‑focused environment
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and browser developer tools
  • Experience testing SEO‑critical elements such as structured data, redirects, canonicalisation, sitemaps and page performance
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare, Bloomreach and Search Console
  • Ability to design and execute test cases across agile and hybrid delivery models
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to interpret technical SEO requirements
  • High attention to detail with excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Experience with JIRA or similar work‑tracking tools

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with APIs, SQL or Azure environments
  • Experience working with third‑party digital or SEO agencies
