Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Technical Program Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location. Duties: Drive delivery of complex investment programs playing key role in engineering projects that span the organization in support of the Complex Investment Program Delivery initiatives. Contribute to technical strategy planning, system design selection and decision-making processes pertaining to the subject products and services. Plan, execute and deliver projects related to existing technology products and programs from inception to completion. Assume leadership of programs and drive the business requirement gathering and impact analysis processes. Lead the Product Increment planning for involved products working with engineering teams. Direct program management activities across business lines including Product Tech, Engineering, and technical project management teams participating in the investment program. Provide support on in-flight programs under duress as needed. Interface with senior management on program assessments. Liaise between various teams and architectures, overseeing gaps between the teams, processes and systems, while removing all blocking issues undermining successful delivery. Manage complex initiatives ensuring efficient collaboration and communication among participants, and drive Agile methodologies using tools like Jira and Confluence. Requirements:
Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Project Management, Information Technology and Management, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years of experience as a Software Development Specialist Advisor, Project Manager, IT Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Deputy Manager or related position involving digital engineering program and project management
Alternatively, employer will accept a bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 5 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience
