The Technical Product Manager – Digital for Global Diagnostic Results is responsible for shaping and delivering digital products that improve the customer experience globally across Antech’s ecosystem, including Point-of-Care, Reference Laboratory, and customer-facing platforms.
Job Responsibility
Develop and maintain the vision, strategy, and priorities for assigned digital products
Develop clear customer, commercial, and business needs into customer requirements
Lead products through discovery, development, and optimization following launch
Represent the voice of the customer through research, feedback, product data, and market insights
Partner with Technical Leads to evaluate feasibility, architecture, integrations, security, and scalability
Partner with Program Management to establish governance, manage dependencies, track milestones, and support execution
Collaborate with Commercial, IT, Marketing, Medical, Training, Finance, Strategy, and Sales to support successful product delivery
Prepare and present product, recommendations, business cases, risks, and performance updates
Monitor competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning
Define and track with commercial partners key performance indicators related to adoption, customer experience, product performance, and business impact
Use data and customer insights to prioritize product improvements and future investments
Support clear roles and collaboration across Technical Product Management, Technical Leads, and Program Management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Typically, seven or more years of experience in technical product management, digital product management, software development, diagnostics, or a related field
