The Focus Market Deployment Analyst enables the successful landing of D&T digital, data, and AI solutions in the Indonesia focus market by acting as the single point of contact between GDT Foundation Teams and relevant national/cross-BU stakeholders, ensuring deployments meet business needs, comply with cybersecurity and data standards, and are embedded effectively into market processes through proper change management and capability building; the role also supports relevant local applications and foundational systems (including ERP/SAP), coordinating incident management, escalation, and long term operational continuity.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with and act as the single point of contact between GDT Foundation Teams (Tech, Cyber, Data) and relevant business teams
Facilitate two way communication to synchronize market needs with global initiatives
Manage business requirements end to end translate them into technical requirements and ensure successful deployments and tech adoptions through proper assessments of local data readiness, system compatibility, and cross product integration
Ensure local app deployments (both D&T managed and business managed) adhere to D&T cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance standards, embedding secure by design principles into deployment planning, execution, and app lifecycle governance
Monitor the security posture and risks of D&T managed and business managed local apps, and coordinate remediation actions with Cyber Foundation, Service Owners, and vendors to ensure vulnerabilities are addressed effectively
Act as first line issue manager for relevant market deployments and ensure proper escalation to global/local support teams for timely resolution and SLA compliance
Support relevant D&T managed local applications and services, including local automation solutions, by coordinating fixes, enhancements, and ensuring operational continuity with service owners and technical teams
Lead post deployment performance reviews and ensure smooth transition to long term support models, including structured handover to service teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in Digital and Tech
Strong understanding of digital, data, and AI deployments, including systems integration, data validation, and end to end testing cycles
Strong influencing and engagement skills with cross functional teams
proven ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
Experience leading and coordinating tech deployment activities, securing business signoff, and driving adoption through structured change management and capability building
Experience handling enterprise applications and ERP systems (with SAP experience as a plus), including incident triage, escalation, root cause coordination, and SLA governance
Familiarity with secure by design principles, cybersecurity standards, and identifying security/compliance risks across D&T managed and business managed apps
