Robert Half is looking to bring on contract Digital Support Specialists to support a premier financial partner, onsite in Columbus, OH. The Digital Support Specialist is an excellent opportunity for customer service professionals with a passion for finance. This exciting contract opportunity combines attention to detail with strong organization to bring customers their best experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide customer support self-service banking platforms, assisting customers with troubleshooting account issues and access
  • Provide support for general account and deposit inquiries
  • Provide a high level of customer support, asking proactive questions to determine additional and future needs
  • Adhere to all compliance, security, and operational standards to ensure no risk
  • Demonstrate company values and appropriate conduct in every customer interaction
  • Collaborate with internal partners and back-office teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Prior finance experience a bonus
  • Strong call center experience
