Job Description

As a Digital Strategy Project Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the marketing team, responsible for shaping and guiding the strategic direction of all digital initiatives. Your mission is to translate business objectives into impactful digital strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen engagement, and drive measurable growth across channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define long-term media and content strategies, oversee strategic planning processes, and ensure all digital efforts are aligned with overall brand and business goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and refine comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audiences
  • Define strategic priorities across paid, owned, and earned media to maximize brand impact and ROI
  • Partner with creative, media, and data teams to ensure consistency of messaging, positioning, and experience across channels
  • Analyze audience behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to inform strategic decision-making
  • Identify emerging platforms, technologies, and consumer touchpoints to guide innovation in digital marketing
  • Translate data insights into actionable strategic recommendations for media, content, and performance improvement
  • Lead strategic planning for integrated campaigns, providing guidance on media mix, creative approach, and performance KPIs
  • Oversee the strategic framework for campaigns executed by internal teams or external partners
  • Ensure that all digital initiatives reflect a coherent brand narrative and measurable objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in digital strategy, media planning, or marketing consultancy roles
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems including paid media, social, search, programmatic, and emerging tech
  • Expertise in data interpretation and translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, Meta Insights, DSP dashboards)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive strategic alignment in fast-paced environments
  • Advanced English
  • Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
