We’re looking for a Digital Strategist with 3 years of experience to lead high-impact, performance-driven campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in paid media, audience targeting, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver who can manage large budgets, drive measurable results, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop, implement, and optimize high-budget digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
  • Leverage advanced audience segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness
  • Manage multi-million-dollar ad spend while ensuring efficiency, profitability, and strategic alignment with client goals
  • Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to continuously refine strategies
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and data teams to craft compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences
  • Analyze performance data, generate insights, and provide executive-level reporting with actionable recommendations

Requirements

  • 3 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying, preferably in an agency setting
  • Professional-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong background in conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, high-budget campaigns with a focus on lead generation and e-commerce
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic insights that drive performance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior team members
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, retargeting strategies, and audience segmentation
