We’re looking for a Digital Strategist with 3 years of experience to lead high-impact, performance-driven campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in paid media, audience targeting, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver who can manage large budgets, drive measurable results, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, implement, and optimize high-budget digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
Leverage advanced audience segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness
Manage multi-million-dollar ad spend while ensuring efficiency, profitability, and strategic alignment with client goals
Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to continuously refine strategies
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and data teams to craft compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences
Analyze performance data, generate insights, and provide executive-level reporting with actionable recommendations
Lead client-facing meetings, presenting campaign strategies, insights, and growth opportunities
Mentor and provide guidance to junior media buyers, fostering a high-performance culture
Requirements:
3 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying, preferably in an agency setting
Professional-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager
Strong background in conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.)
Proven experience managing large-scale, high-budget campaigns with a focus on lead generation and e-commerce
Ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic insights that drive performance
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior team members
Deep understanding of performance marketing, retargeting strategies, and audience segmentation
Nice to have:
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
