Do you want to play an impactful role in the development and execution of digital strategic programmes within the Non-Life business unit of Nationale Nederlanden? We are looking for a Digital Strategic Programme Manager who is able to set up and drive digital transformation by shaping and managing strategic digital transformation programmes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analysing digital domains in terms of process, data, technologies, and costs
  • Conceptualizing and developing digital transformation strategies
  • Executing complex transformation programmes across the organisation
  • Balancing the needs of senior stakeholders as well as multi-disciplinary teams
  • Communicating and reporting on progress in an inspiring way

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in developing and leading digital transformation programmes
  • Aptitude for qualitative and quantitative analyses, conceptual thinking, and reporting
  • Understanding of digitalisation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Application Programme Interfaces (API’s), process management, data management, and end-user applications, preferably in the insurance domain
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in both English as well as Dutch to deliver concise, effective messages in an appealing manner
  • Excellent leadership-, stakeholder management-, and time management skills, along with a proactive, continuous transformational improvement mindset
