This position is supporting with the execution of defined services that support the area and hotels digital business needs. The role requires a focus on ensuring hotels are aligned to global compliancy, strategies and ensuring the activation across digital channels (Marriott.com, Mutli lingual global sites, EChannels (OTA’s), Segmental (F&B, Spa, etc.) and other marketing channels to maximize online presence and attribute to the hotels performance.
Job Responsibility:
Delivers against all aspects of the Digital Marketing program and associated services for hotels and the area
Implementing and managing the Hotel Web Sites on Marriott.com and its global sites
Maintain and update all Marriott.com Hotel Web Site content
Conduct regular audits of Marriott.com Hotel Web Sites
Support and guide hotels in developing hotel website modules and outlet sites
Manage the pull-through and activation of key corporate digital projects
Ensure Hotels online positioning is up to date and correct
Audit, manage 3rd party channel content scores
Assure that hotel websites on Marriott.com and global sites are fully optimized to maximize traffic from search engines
Work with hotel to execute online marketing activities
Serve and pull through Continent & regional campaigns
Coordinate and Ensure the development of tactical landing pages
Implementation and workflow process management of all content optimization requests
Manage the timelines and onboarding of new hotel hotels across the continent
Ensure expert training and support to hotels
Support with defined project’s as outlined by the Senior Manager
Develop knowledge and work with vendors and agencies
Manage relationship with key vendors
Execute all in-house campaign processes
Where appropriate, develop, support and implement new processes and track output
Attends and participates in all relevant internal and external meetings
Informs, updates, and provides information to managers and co-workers
Presents ideas, expectations and information in a concise, organized manner
Uses problem solving methodology for decision making and follow up
Maintains positive working relations with internal teams and department managers
Manages time effectively and conducts activities in an organized manner
Performs other reasonable duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
1+ years’ experience in an online agency or client services position is required or equivalent experience
BS/BA degree in marketing or related field or equivalent certification from higher education
Workflow management skills and experience in Content Management systems
