Aria Care Partners is seeking a skilled Digital Specialist to join our growing marketing team in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and skilled in the latest digital marketing strategies and platforms. The Digital Specialist will develop, execute, and optimize campaigns that elevate our brand, generate qualified leads, and support the promotion of our products and services. This role requires strong expertise across key digital channels including paid media, SEO, social, and website optimization and a deep understanding of how to tailor messaging to reach the right audience at the right time. Working collaboratively with teams across the organization, the specialist will translate business goals into compelling digital experiences that drive measurable results. The successful candidate will have a solid grasp of analytics, campaign performance metrics, and be able to identify opportunities for continual improvement to ensure every initiative aligns with our broader marketing and brand strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the development and execution of the social media content calendar, including creating posts, managing engagement, and analyzing performance
Maintain and optimize website content and digital assets to support SEO and AEO initiatives and deliver a consistent, high-quality brand experience
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid media, social media, and search channels to support lead generation and brand awareness goals
Monitor campaign performance and create dashboards, reports, and insights that inform optimization and strategic planning
Collaborate with internal teams including design, sales, recruiting and operations to align digital initiatives with business objectives
Conduct ongoing competitive research and stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to inform strategy
Assist in the creation of targeted paid advertising campaigns, including keyword research, audience building, and budget management
Test new tactics, tools, and channels to continuously improve digital reach, quality of leads, and efficiency of spend
Ensure all digital communications align with brand guidelines, messaging standards, and compliance requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
or equivalent experience
2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or healthcare-related environment
Strong understanding of digital channel strategy across paid media, SEO, SEM, social media, email and web content management
Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), social media management tools such as Sprout or Hootsuite, and all major social media channels with awareness of emerging digital technologies
Experience executing and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads Manager, with applied knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, social media insights) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and guide decisions
Solid knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and website content optimization
Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging tailored to specific audiences
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinker with a passion for continual learning, testing, and improving campaigns
Nice to have:
Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not required
