As a Digital Specialist, the role involves following best practices and implementing global digital projects to support RX's strategies and innovations across different digital channels and products. The main focus is on delivering RX's global digital strategy locally, while working closely with global product owners, local partners, and the local show teams.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure a great customer experience on event websites and digital products
Work with marketing and event teams to create effective digital environments
Make sure digital tools and channels reflect brand values and boost customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the Digital Manager to generate revenue from digital products
Provide operational support and offer customer feedback to improve products
Share product successes within the business, both locally and globally
Serve as the main contact for internal stakeholders when the Digital Manager is unavailable
Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a digital delivery role, preferably in both B2B and B2C industries
Familiarity with programming languages
Experience in mobile app/web development, website usability, design, and accessibility
Experience in first-line support, ideally with Service Now or similar ticketing systems
Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently under pressure
Focus on delivering a positive customer experience in all projects, with excellent communication and influencing skills
Ability to build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and global colleagues
Nice to have:
Relevant IT qualifications with a degree in Digital Marketing, IT, or related fields
Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, SEO, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools
Knowledge of exhibitor portal/directory setup, Salesforce, Eloqua, Intranet, and social media platforms
