Job Description:

The Transformation and Digital Team in Citi's Finance organization is responsible for managing various digital initiatives and driving transformation activities. The Digital Solutions Senior Analyst role involves participating and driving automation projects to streamline development, support Reporting Teams, and standardize requirements creation.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure close collaboration with cross functional team to achieve progress and efficiency
Plan and execute on defined Automation Roadmap milestones
Analyse, optimize and streamline requirements through partnering with Reporting Teams
Identification of synergies between reports/source systems
Supporting the Reporting Teams with fit-for-purpose assessment of tools and modules
Use Case inventory creation (for modules) and maintenance
Documentation of project artifacts
Planning of development rollout iterations
Oversight of testing periods
Coordination of final deployment
Highlighting additional standard (modular) automation options for adjustments, controls, analysis
Participate in prioritization discussions in relation to feasibility assessment and readiness
Participate in Strategic System Implementations/other BA tasks as needed in the wider Automation Group
Execute testing/pre-testing of solutions before final testing handover to Report Owners
Identify and anticipate project risks
Raise them in a timely manner
Be up to date with new tools and solutions to enhance user experience.

Requirements:

University/College degree in Finance/Accounting is an advantage
6+ years of work experience in financial or risk reporting, technology, or system implementation roles
Experience in Business Analysis
Knowledge of Data transformation tools (e.g. KNIME, Alteryx and similar)
Experience on how to complete testing of Technology delivered solutions in UAT environment
Strategic solution mindset
Interpersonal skills and the ability to achieve consensus on priorities
Attention to details while keeping the overview
Technology literacy and agile mindset
Advanced MS Excel knowledge
Fluent English knowledge
Knowledge of financial products, markets, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks (or motivation to pick up)
Cooperation, communication and presentation skills
High-level PowerPoint competency and visual storytelling skills.

Nice to have:
