Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience in the testing field
5+ years in healthcare IT, including 3+ years in comprehensive proposals
Experience in medical DX preferred
Skills in requirement definition and document creation
Ability to develop and reach agreements on SLAs and SOWs
Understanding of cybersecurity and relevant guidelines
Strong business sense and market trend understanding
Management knowledge and financial planning skills preferred
High communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
Customer-oriented mindset
Demonstrated leadership skills
Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 600)
