The Digital Solutions Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding the company's presence in North America by engaging with C-level leaders in the Manufacturing and Logistics sectors. The role requires a consultative approach to sales, focusing on new client acquisition and building long-term relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Drive new client acquisition by targeting executives and change agents in the Manufacturing sector and beyond
Act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, leading conversations that connect industry knowledge with Launch’s capabilities in digital product and customer experience
Bring a human-first perspective into every engagement—listening deeply, uncovering real business and customer challenges, and co-creating solutions that matter
Partner with Launch’s design, product, and engineering experts to translate insights into bold, pragmatic solutions that drive measurable outcomes
Shape opportunities from early discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close, ensuring each engagement reflects both the client’s needs and Launch’s vision for impact
Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, always maintaining a focus on outcomes, not transactions
Represent Launch in the market as a thought leader, able to articulate both Manufacturing trends and the unique value Launch brings to solving them
Consistently deliver new revenue growth while building long-term, trust-based client relationships
Requirements:
8+ years of enterprise sales experience in digital, consulting, or product-led services with a strong focus on net-new business development in the Manufacturing and Logistics industry
Proven ability to sell into the C-suite with confidence and credibility
Experience selling digital product design, customer experience and application development services
Experience applying generative AI and similar technologies in a human-centric, design forward manner within the Manufacturing and Logistics industry
A consultative, solution-oriented approach rooted in curiosity, listening, and industry insight
Comfort navigating ambiguity and shaping opportunities in partnership with clients and internal teams
Entrepreneurial mindset—self-starter, resilient, motivated by building something lasting
Manufacturing and Logistics expertise with understanding of sector-specific challenges, opportunities, and buyer dynamics along with the ability to translate this expertise into a meaningful Point of View for the industry
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred
