Job Description:

Digital Solutions Product Owner role within the Digital App Dev & Maintenance PT Grid IB NET team, responsible for ensuring continuity and evolution of critical applications in the energy sector

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring the continuity and evolution of critical applications
Aligning business needs with technological solutions
Acting as a link between development teams and stakeholders
Ensuring the definition of requirements, backlog prioritization, and continuous value delivery
Managing core projects and initiatives
Promoting the adoption of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Contributing to the operational efficiency of the Department

Requirements:

Degree or equivalent training in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering and Computers, Management, or similar areas
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Product Owner and Project Management roles in a technological context
Experience in maintenance, support, and implementation of applications with OT technologies
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and BlueOptima
Project management skills and technical experience in critical applications that support the operation, monitoring, and optimization of the power grid and smart grid infrastructure
Technical knowledge of platforms and application solutions geared towards the management and operation of the electricity grid and smart grids, such as ADMS, SysGrid, GIS, and EDM systems
Experience in cloud environments (e.g., AWS)
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
English (mandatory)
Portuguese (mandatory)

Nice to have:

Spanish language skills
Experience with ADMS, SysGrid, GIS, and EDM systems
Cloud environment experience (e.g., AWS)
