The Digital Solutions Team in is part of the Regional Controllers organization and is responsible for managing various digital initiatives and driving reengineering efforts to automate processes. The team seeks to be a catalyst for change and drive global end-to-end process automation in partnership with other Finance functions and disciplines. The Digital Solution Team’s main responsibility is to expedite the reengineering activities in order to streamline development and explore new solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and maintain the team's project backlog, ensuring it is up-to-date and prioritized as per expectations
Track and present project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and escalate issues as needed
Standardize how the progress is tracked across different countries and projects
Facilitate communication between Solution Engineers and other stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and timelines
Prepare reports and presentations on project status and performance
Assist with project documentation and knowledge management
Support the Solution Engineers in their day-to-day activities
Assist the Solution Design Lead with any ad-hoc queries
Requirements:
University/College degree in Finance/Accounting is an advantage
2-3 years of experience in a project support or coordination role, preferably within a technology or digital solutions environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Interpersonal skills and the ability to achieve consensus on priorities as a cross functional team
Be able to pay attention to details while keeping the overview
Technology literacy and agile mindset are essential
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
Fluent English knowledge
Has working knowledge or motivation to pick up industry practices and standards (financial products, markets, accounting principles, understanding of regulatory frameworks)
Excellent cooperation, communication and presentation skills (high level of PowerPoint competency and visual storytelling skills required)
