We are seeking a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Domain Architect with deep experience across factory operations, logistics, procurement, planning, and digital manufacturing. In this role, you will design end-to-end AI-native process architectures that modernize legacy industrial operations into intelligent, autonomous, agent-driven ecosystems. You will collaborate with client leaders, engineers, and product teams to map complex operational landscapes and architect scalable future-state solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Lead domain architecture for Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Distribution, and Aftermarket Services
Architect future-state processes using AI agents across areas such as: Production planning and scheduling, Inventory optimization, Supplier management & procurement orchestration, Quality management & defect intelligence, Warehouse & transportation operations, Shop-floor automation and digital work instructions
Translate domain regulations, safety constraints, and operational requirements into scalable AI-driven workflows
Design modular BPS/BPaaS solutions leveraging agentic platforms, autonomous planning engines, and decision-support systems
Collaborate with ontology, ML, and engineering teams to define data models, event structures, and operational ontologies for manufacturing and supply chain use cases
Create reusable domain patterns and accelerators for faster transformation across industrial clients
Conduct deep discovery of client operations, supply chain flows, plant processes, and manufacturing KPIs
Present architectural designs, transformation plans, and AI-driven value cases to C-level leaders, including COOs, CSCOs, and Heads of Manufacturing
Guide clients through AI-native adoption, including change management, operational governance, and automation strategy
Align industry priorities—resiliency, cost efficiency, sustainability—with platform capabilities and transformation roadmaps
Shape long-term modernization strategies grounded in digital twins, predictive intelligence, autonomous operations, and Industry 4.0/5.0 principles
Requirements:
10+ years in Manufacturing or Supply Chain, ideally with domain architecture or process transformation experience
Deep understanding of manufacturing and logistics operations, including production lifecycle, procurement, inventory, planning, order management, and quality/process control
Demonstrated experience designing target operating models or orchestrating digital transformation in manufacturing or supply chain environments
Strong understanding of automation strategies, digital supply chain, Industry 4.0 technologies, and BPaaS models
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, agent orchestration, or predictive analytics (even if not hands-on)
Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and influence senior executives
Ability to work across multifunctional teams including engineering, product, data science, and operations leadership
Nice to have:
Experience with major manufacturing or supply chain platforms (SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, Infor, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Siemens, PTC, Dassault)
Understanding of plant-floor technologies (MES, SCADA, IoT platforms) and industrial data models
Knowledge of sustainability, ESG reporting, circular supply chain principles, or regulatory frameworks in manufacturing
Exposure to digital twin architectures, predictive maintenance models, or advanced planning systems
