Job Description

Engages with customer technical decision makers and influencers. Leverages customer context, portfolio expertise, and deep technical or industry knowledge to build credibility with customers. Leads technical wins for technologies. Leverages resources with minimal support and proactively engages product and support teams to remediate blockers. Engages in partner sell-with scenarios by acting as a liaison and shares visibility on partner resources and processes. Captures core competitive knowledge across solution areas and delivers back to product and engineering teams to enhance capabilities and develop strategies. Provides strategic, technical, and partner input based on Microsoft capability to contribute to strategy development. Represents the customer to product teams to shape products and services. Works with account teams to shape strategic win plan and tailor Microsoft messaging. Monitors, analyzes, and identifies opportunities to promote product usage. Applies and customizes existing demonstration assets. Presents, applies, and customizes architecture patterns to partners or customers. Applies and coaches sales team to use sales methodologies to guide customers through digital transformation. Independently builds readiness plan and identifies learning gaps. Conducts group training, one-to-many events, or leverages existing scale enablement programs to educate about Microsoft products. Monitors and responds to tech community posts.
