NTT Data NA Innovation Center FSI Tech Advisor: This role evaluates advanced technologies to influence their impact on the financial services and insurance industries. This team member will focus on the evaluation and development of the advanced direction of AI and machine learning (ML) solutions across our banking and insurance operations. Considering how the enhance and improve the current autonomous solutions currently in play. This role will focus on leveraging AI technologies to optimize business processes, detect fraud, assess risk, personalize customer experiences, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The NTT Data NA Innovation Center seeks an FSI Tech Advisor to evaluate and develop AI and machine learning solutions for banking and insurance sectors, focusing on enhancing autonomous systems to optimize processes, detect fraud, assess risk, personalize customer experiences, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include researching emerging technologies, presenting ideas, collaborating globally, and applying innovations to client needs, requiring expertise in NLP, knowledge of financial industries, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and potential travel of 25-35%.

Requirements:

  • 3 years AI experience
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
  • Strong understand of Natural Language Processing and Natural Language Understandin capabilities for conversational Ai and document processing applications
  • Working knowledge of the banking and insurance industry with the ability to position emerging technologies
