As a Digital Solution Specialist (DSSP) in the Small Business Segment (SMB) within the Azure Solution Area, you will be a trusted technical advisor to our customers, driving Azure adoption and consumption. You will lead technical engagements, design scalable cloud solutions, and guide customers through their digital transformation journey using Microsoft Azure. This role is customer-facing and requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for helping small businesses succeed in the cloud.
Job Responsibility
Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, driving Azure adoption and consumption
Lead technical engagements, design scalable cloud solutions, and guide customers through their digital transformation journey using Microsoft Azure
Identify net-new project opportunities, accelerate existing engagements, and drive solution-based outcomes within accounts
Engage in conversations with customers to introduce Azure workloads aligned with customer's industry
Collaborate with team members to discover new opportunities and drive incremental revenue growth
Identify opportunities to drive consumption and grow business with existing customers
Identify customer business needs and technology readiness and propose prioritized solutions
Build external stakeholder mapping and engage senior business decision makers
Implement strategies to accelerate closing of deals
Apply orchestration model to drive deal closure
Analyze competitor products and implement strategies to position Microsoft against competitors
Manage end-to-end business of assigned territory and conduct forecasting.
Requirements
Fluency in English
Strong experience in Technical Sales
At least 3 years of technology-related sales or account management experience
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience
Solution sales or consulting services sales experience (preferred).
