Within the AI Workforce Specialists team, we are looking for a credible, experienced Digital Solution Specialist seller for the Singapore market, who can identify, develop, and close strategic opportunities that drive end-to-end AI Workforce transformation at scale. This role is focused on high-value customer engagements that translate AI-powered productivity into measurable business results. As a Digital Solution Specialist for AI Workforce, you will lead the charge in transforming how organizations adopt and scale AI-powered productivity across AI Workforce solutions. These include Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 E3, E5, and Frontline Worker solutions. You will work across customer stakeholders, internal teams, and partners to shape solution strategies, drive adoption, and execute complex sales opportunities end to end. You will operate as a trusted advisor - leading consultative sales engagements, orchestrating cross-functional execution, and enabling customers to realize sustained AI-driven transformation. Job Responsibility

  • Build and grow executive‑level relationships with strategic customers and partners as a trusted AI Workforce advisor
  • Build and maintain strong pipeline coverage across multiple quarters using digital tools, partner motions, and account engagement
  • Lead consultative sales conversations to uncover customer needs, articulate business value, and shape AI Workforce solutions
  • Own and close complex, strategic opportunities by orchestrating internal teams and partners across the deal lifecycle
  • Drive post‑sale adoption, consumption, and seat expansion through strong deployment planning and partner collaboration
  • Bring a challenger mindset and competitive insight to influence customer decisions on digital and AI transformation
  • Manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy and sales reporting for your territories
  • Continuously stay current on the fast‑evolving AI landscape, translating new capabilities into practical customer value
  • Share learnings, best practices, and field insights across sales and partner communities to raise overall execution quality and scale impact

Requirements

  • Typically 4+ years in technology sales, solution sales, or account management roles
  • Proven experience selling technology solutions or services in complex, enterprise or upper‑SMB environments
  • Strong background in consultative, value‑based sales, with a track record of closing strategic, multi‑stakeholder deals
  • Ability to engage credibly with senior business and technical decision‑makers and translate technology into business outcomes
  • Experience managing end‑to‑end opportunities - from pipeline creation through close, deployment, and growth
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving AI and cloud environment, with the curiosity and discipline to stay current as the technology evolves
  • Strong collaborator who can orchestrate internal teams and partners and share best practices to scale impact across sales communities
