Job Responsibility:
Exhibit a Customer and Partner First Mindset
Engage with and enable customers and key decision-makers, delivering a connected customer engagement experience and driving customer satisfaction and delivering sales targets
Drive new sales and customer engagements leveraging various mechanisms including digital signals, social selling, and partner collaboration initiatives
Manage the end-to-end AI Workforce business across your territory
Proactively build an external stakeholder network and implement strategies to accelerate and close opportunities
Identify and engage key business and IT decision-makers to understand their challenges and propose AI Workforce solutions that deliver measurable value
Lead with industry relevant insights and a consultative approach to uncover customer needs and deliver measurable business outcomes engaging C-Level Business decision makers
Lead planning and execution for named accounts, build stakeholder maps, and accelerate deal closure through business analysis and strategic engagement
Work with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell across solution areas
Share best practices, competitive insights, and customer feedback to elevate team capabilities
Meet operational standards and maintain reporting accuracy for key performance indicators – including pipeline development, signal conversion, deal velocity, and forecasting accuracy
Adopt program processes, procedures, and tools to provide accurate on-time reporting that maximizes attainment of strategic goals and delivers competitive business insights, trends, and analysis
Complete required training and certifications aligned to AI Workforce
Requirements:
Written and verbal fluency in German & English
Experience in technology-related sales or account management OR Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field combined with relevant sales/account management experience OR Equivalent professional experience
Experience in selling CRM, ERP, Low-Code platforms, or similar SaaS/cloud-based business applications and productivity solutions to enterprise clients, consistently exceeding sales targets
