As a Digital Solution Specialist (DSSP) in the Small Business Segment (SMB) within the Azure Solution Area, you will be a trusted technical advisor to our customers, driving Azure adoption and consumption. You will lead technical engagements, design scalable cloud solutions, and guide customers through their digital transformation journey using Microsoft Azure. This role is customer-facing and requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for helping small businesses succeed in the cloud.
Job Responsibility:
Segment and Success Metrics: Part of SME&C segment, measured by net-new revenue contribution and workload adoption
Territory and Opportunity Management: Aligned to defined accounts, responsible for identifying net-new project opportunities and driving solution-based outcomes
Sales Execution: Engages in customer conversations to introduce Azure workloads, collaborates to discover opportunities, drives consumption growth, identifies customer needs, builds stakeholder mapping, implements strategies to close deals
Scaling and Collaboration: Applies orchestration model to drive deal closure
Technical Expertise: Analyzes competitor products and positions Microsoft
Sales Excellence: Contributes to business planning, conducts forecasting and develops territory plans

Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish
Strong Technical Sales Experience (Tech Sales Specialist or Presales)
Technology-related sales or account management experience
OR Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience
Solution sales or consulting services sales experience (preferred)
