As a Digital Solution Specialist (DSSP) for Japan in the Small Business Segment (SMB) within the Azure Solution Area, you will be a trusted technical advisor to our customers, driving Azure adoption and consumption. You will lead technical engagements, design scalable cloud solutions, and guide customers through their digital transformation journey using Microsoft Azure.This role is customer-facing and requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for helping small businesses succeed in the cloud.
Job Responsibility:
Segment and Success Metrics: part of SME&C segment, measured by net-new revenue contribution
Sales Execution: engage customers on digital transformation, collaborate to discover opportunities, drive consumption growth, identify customer needs, build stakeholder mapping, implement strategies to close deals
Scaling and Collaboration: apply orchestration model to drive deal closure
Technical Expertise: analyze competitor products
Sales Excellence: collaborate on business planning, conduct business analysis, manage end-to-end business of assigned territory

Requirements:
Fluency in Japanese and English (English resume required)
Strong experience in Technical Sales
At least 3 years of technology-related sales or account management experience
OR Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience
Nice to have:
Solution sales or consulting services sales experience
