Job Description

The Digital Solution Architect Lead Advisor is responsible for defining and guiding the build of valuable digital products that meet customer needs. This role leads the product vision and definition from a multifunctional perspective, ensuring alignment with business, design, and technology. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution development, client engagement, and agile methodologies, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and mentorship.

  • Advise clients on how proposed solutions will satisfy needs over the lifecycle of the product

  • Develop repeatable Offerings that package Solutions into marketable engagement models
  • Determine when custom approaches are needed versus existing templates/offerings
  • Map case studies to client requirements and solution components
  • Reference and implement relevant playbooks and offerings for solution development during pursuits
  • Customize Solution Playbooks and Offerings to align with specific proposal opportunities
  • Ensure playbooks and offerings meet the unique requirements of each client engagement
  • Monitor the effectiveness of Solution Playbooks and Offerings
  • Refine playbooks and offerings based on feedback and lessons learned from implementation projects
  • Maintain currency with emerging technologies and industry best practices
