Job Description:

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Software Engineer Senior Analyst for its Irving, Texas location. Responsible for all phases of the applications development process using various tools and technologies. Opportunity to work in a hybrid setting with competitive employee benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for all phases of applications development process, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation in AGILE development lifecycle
develop and modify complex, high volume, and scalable microservices for banking applications using various tools and technologies
analyze user needs and provide Tier-3 production support while developing solutions for advanced systems issues
design highly customized applications with the intent of optimizing operational efficiency
collaborate with product partners to review requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and technically feasible
translate requirements into innovative solutions that provide an excellent client experience and align with Digital’s architectural roadmap
prepare detailed designs that account for security, resiliency, scalability, maintainability, and performance
guide sub teams providing technical solutions and ensuring adherence to product roadmaps
participate in the end-user testing and validation process.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer, Computer Programmer, Technical Specialist, or related position involving full development lifecycle of microservices for banking applications in the global financial services industry
experience with JAVA/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hybernate, MongoDB, Oracle, SQL Developer, SQL Plus, Compass, IntelliJ, Spring Tool Suite, Eclipse, Java Messaging Services (JMS), IBM Message Queue (MQ), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Maven, JUnit, Postman, Git, Co-Pilot, Co-Pilot Chat
Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.JS, ReactJS, Content Management System (CMS), JSON, Visual Studio
Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift, AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), SOAP UI, Postman, Splunk, CredHub, Sonar Qube
Jenkins, Lightspeed, Git, BitBucket, SourceVersion (SVN), SourceTree, Jira, Confluence, Release Lifecycle Management (RLM), ServiceNow
Knowledge of application design principles and software architecture patterns.
