We are seeking a Digital Shopfloor Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in the aerospace sector. In this role, you will support the deployment and ongoing optimization of digital shopfloor applications, ensuring smooth operations and high user satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions within scope, on time, and in compliance with quality and industry standards.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day support to users of shopfloor digital applications, ensuring efficient and effective usage
Deliver training sessions and onboard new users to tools and processes
Gather user feedback and contribute to the definition and documentation of evolution requests and enhancements
Manage incidents and service requests using the ITSM platform (ServiceNow)
Monitor application performance and ensure timely resolution of issues
Prepare regular status reports and maintain accurate project documentation
Ensure clear visibility on progress, milestones, risks, and outcomes for stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience supporting IT solutions and end users in a professional environment
Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
