Job Description

Part-time Digital Services Support role focused on enhancing a wellbeing-focused digital platform. Working 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday preferred, 9am-5pm) with some flexibility available. Contract until 30 June 2026. Basic disclosure will be required for the successful candidate.

Job Responsibility

  • Website Content Management: Maintain and update website content using WordPress CMS, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with branding and SEO best practices
  • Digital Content Creation: Develop engaging written and visual content, including articles and graphics (Canva)
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with service users and partner organisations to co-produce content, deliver online training, and support consultation groups
  • Community Building: Support the growth of an online community of practice and implement a social media strategy across LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Data & Evaluation: Monitor digital engagement using analytics tools and contribute to service improvement through regular reporting
