Job Responsibility

  • Lead and drive partner sales within the SI Building sector in Portugal
  • Act as the technical expert in Digital Services, ensuring high-quality delivery and partner support
  • Define and implement strategies to grow market share and strengthen partnerships
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal client solutions
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales processes

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and/or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in related fields (BMS/SACE/HVAC)
  • Experience in Account Management or New Business Development as well as Smart Infrastructures technologies, HVAC control and Digital services
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • Work experience from an international, multicultural environment
