Manage and expand relationships with end-user decision-makers, developing existing accounts and acquiring new clients
Assess customer needs and deliver tailored, value-added digital and smart infrastructure solutions
Act as a trusted advisor across client organizations, supporting long-term partnerships
Collaborate with engineers and key stakeholders in the design, communication, and implementation of Smart Building and Digital Service solutions
Develop new Digital Services business opportunities with end-user clients
Lead and drive partner sales within the SI Building sector in Portugal
Act as the technical expert in Digital Services, ensuring high-quality delivery and partner support
Define and implement strategies to grow market share and strengthen partnerships
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal client solutions
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales processes
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and/or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in related fields (BMS/SACE/HVAC)
Experience in Account Management or New Business Development as well as Smart Infrastructures technologies, HVAC control and Digital services
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Work experience from an international, multicultural environment
