Job Description:

Digital Segment Solutions Senior Manager to serve as a strategic connector between line of business segment leaders and the Commercial Bank, Corporate & Investment Bank Digital team, focusing on identifying and advancing digital opportunities that align with business priorities.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as strategic connector between line of business segment leaders and Commercial Bank, Corporate & Investment Bank Digital team
Identify and advance digital opportunities aligning with business priorities
Build trusted relationships with segment stakeholders and internal partners
Translate business needs into actionable digital initiatives
Ensure visibility and accountability across roadmaps and communications
Work closely with Innovation and Partnerships and Digital Product teams
Stay aligned with segment leaders to understand evolving priorities
Track digital initiatives and report progress to stakeholders
Monitor competitive landscape across segments
Support communications and presentation development for segment leaders
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions
Coach and manage a team of Segment Digital strategists

Requirements:

6+ years of digital product management or leadership experience
3+ years of management or leadership experience
Experience in digital strategy or strategic product management within consulting, financial services, or fintech
Familiarity with Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, and Global Payments and Liquidity products and services
MBA or similar relevant academic degree
Strong proficiency with Microsoft suite for executive-level communications
Sense of urgency
Ability to work cross-functionally
Strong ownership mentality
Independent execution discipline
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build trusted relationships

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, and Global Payments and Liquidity products and services
MBA or similar relevant academic degree
