Youtech is in search of a driven and experienced Digital Sales Strategist who is passionate about sales and digital marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities, forging and nurturing strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. You will be a key player in our growth strategy, helping to expand our client base and contribute to our overall success.
Job Responsibility:
Gain deep expertise in our suite of digital marketing services, including Branding, Responsive Web Design, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Search Marketing, Programmatic Advertising, OTT, and Development
Take ownership of the entire sales process from initial prospecting to closing deals and executing strategies
Analyze and identify the demographic and psychographic needs of various market verticals to tailor solutions effectively
Build and maintain your leadership development pipeline to meet monthly goals
Work closely with Marketing, Client Renewals, Client Services, and Training teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through cold-calling, networking, and other prospecting techniques
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our services to potential clients
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and contracts to prospective clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and project management, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs
Manage the sales pipeline effectively and provide accurate sales forecasts
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay current on market trends and identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2-3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in a digital marketing environment
Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies
Proven track record in sales and prospecting, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage various aspects of the sales process effectively
Expertise in communicating through various channels, including phone, email, webinars, and face-to-face interactions
Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and changes in an ever-evolving industry
