Job Responsibility

  • Drive AI transformation deals by conducting consultative selling conversations with business decision makers (BDMs), showcasing the value of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, and Agents at Work
  • Act as a trusted advisor by aligning AI solutions to customer priorities, building compelling ROI-based business cases, and qualifying deals effectively
  • Accelerate paid Copilot growth through immersive engagements, extensibility strategies, and security-focused narratives
  • Partner with others cross-organizationally and support the development of end-to-end sales motions for Copilot Studio and Cloud PC/Virtualization (Windows 365 and AVD), including Intune Suite attach opportunities
  • Grow frontline worker (FLW) sockets and Copilot adoption, driving upsell and customer prioritization in collaboration with Digital Sales and Engineering teams
  • Support Agent 365、ME5、ME7 opportunities through partner-led motions and orchestrate deal closure with Commercial Executives
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to help build new pipeline and secure customer intent to buy by leveraging digital signals, partner workshops, and marketing events
  • Maintain accurate account plans and MSX updates, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and consumption milestones
  • Coordinate cross-solution opportunities across Security, Business Applications, Surface, and Azure, partnering with ATU, CSU, FastTrack, and other stakeholders
  • Uphold compliance by modeling ethical behavior, completing required trainings, and proactively identifying and escalating risks
  • Lead technical GTM strategy for AI Workforce

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, and/or up to 2 years experience in technology sales, consulting, customer success, or account management
  • This role requires proficiency in written, reading, and conversational English & Portuguese
  • Business Relationship Management: The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with supervisors, staff, managers, customers, and vendors
  • Consultative Selling: The ability to understand customer needs through dialogue before recommending products/services
  • Conflict Resolution: The ability to manage conflict, disharmony, and strife among people and situations
