Join the global Customer Success team to help grow the community of customers of our global onboarding solution that eases users to adopt complex products. You will shorten the distance to our customers and help them succeed with our technology.
Job Responsibility:
Drive and qualify leads
Convert leads into sales opportunities and close them
Land new customers following up on leads generated via digital marketing or other lead sources
Support global Key Account Management with digital sales activities
Have your own sales quota
Requirements:
5+ years experience
Experience in B2B software product selling via digital
Able to listen at customers and then help them solving their issues
Digital marketing and social media knowledge
Customer and sales oriented with excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team-oriented
Fluent in English
Nice to have:
Selling SaaS solutions
Knowledge and experience of the LAER sales model
Negotiation skills
Problem solving
Empathetic attitude
Solutions selling, SPIN selling or similar certifications
